Skin Tips for Hot Weather

High temperatures bring in the heat. Hot new trends and styles of summer clothes and swim wear parade the scorching sidewalks, flip flops and sandals prance all over the blazing, sandy beaches. Summer is the best season to show some skin. Incidentally, summer is also the season when your skin is prone to so much damage. If you want to keep your fair, smooth and soft skin be ready and take note of the following precautions.

Keep your body clean. Wash your face and hair; these two are very important because they are the first to cope with the heat from the sun. Hygiene is always the highest priority. After your shower put moisturizer on your face and moisturizing lotion all over your body. Some people even suggest applying a little non-greasy body oil to add another layer of protection and to keep the skin supple and smooth. 10 to 15 minutes before going out into the sun, apply a generous coat of sun block on all exposed parts of your skin.

Eat healthy! Good skin starts from the inside. Fruits and vegetables help in keeping your skin healthy. Take in a lot of water and liquids to help your body sweat more and flush out the dirt on your skin.
